Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy explains when you can get credits or money back for purchases on aihairmakeover.com. It is part of our Terms of Service.

How Credits Work

• Paid features use credits. Each generation uses credits, as shown in the tool and on the pricing page.
• Credits are valid for the period shown on the pricing page when you buy them.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. One-time credit packs do not renew.

Failed Generations Are Refunded Automatically

If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically. You don't need to contact us, and you never pay for a result you didn't get.

Refunds on Purchases: 7-Day Window

You can ask for a refund of a one-time credit pack or a subscription charge (including a renewal) when both of these are true:

1. You ask within 7 days of that purchase or charge, and
2. None of the credits from that purchase or charge have been used.

If your request qualifies, we refund the payment to your original payment method and remove the credits from that purchase from your account.

What Is Not Refundable

• Successful generations that have already been delivered to you.
• Purchases or charges where some of the credits have already been used.
• Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase or charge.

Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not by itself refund a past charge; if the latest charge meets the 7-day rule above, email us to request a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@aihairmakeover.com from the email address on your account and include:

• The email address of your account.
• The date of the purchase and the plan or credit pack you bought.
• The order number, if you have it.

Refunds are issued through the payment processor that handled your payment. How long it takes to reach you depends on that processor and your bank or card provider.

If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. The version in effect when you made a purchase applies to that purchase.
