About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of aihairmakeover.com and the AI Hair Makeover service ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The Service

AI Hair Makeover lets you upload a portrait photo and use AI to preview hairstyles, haircuts, hair colors and beard styles on yourself. Results are AI-generated previews. They may not exactly match how a real haircut or color will look on you, and they are not professional styling or medical advice. Talk to a stylist before making decisions based on a preview.

We may change, add or remove features over time, and we may pause the service for maintenance or other reasons.

Your Account

• You can sign in with email and password, or with Google or GitHub where available.
• Give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us right away at support@aihairmakeover.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Your Photos

• You own your photos. Uploading a photo does not transfer ownership to us.
• Permission you give us. You give us a limited permission to store, process and display your photos and results, and to send them to our AI processing provider, only as needed to provide the service to you. This permission ends when the files are deleted.
• You must have the right to upload them. Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to it. Don't upload photos of minors unless you are their parent or guardian or have their guardian's consent.
• Photos must be JPG, PNG or WebP files of up to 10 MB each.

How we store and process photos, and how to have them deleted, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload photos of anyone without their consent, or of minors without a guardian's consent.
• Create or upload illegal, sexual, hateful or harassing content.
• Impersonate someone, or use results to deceive or mislead others (for example, passing off an edited photo as real to cause harm).
• Infringe anyone's privacy, likeness, copyright or other rights.
• Break the law, or break the terms of our AI provider.
• Interfere with the service, try to access other users' data, or get around credit limits or security measures.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

AI-Generated Results

• You may use the results you generate for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms of our AI provider and to applicable law.
• AI output can be unpredictable. We don't promise that any result will be accurate, flattering or suitable for a particular use.
• You are responsible for how you use and share your results.

Credits, Payments and Subscriptions

• Paid features use credits. Each generation costs credits, as shown in the tool and on the pricing page.
• If a generation fails, the credits it used are refunded to your account automatically.
• Credits are valid for the period shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. One-time credit packs do not renew.
• Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors (Stripe and/or others); we do not store full card numbers.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Third-Party Services

The service relies on third parties, including cloud hosting and storage (Cloudflare), AI image processing (KIE.ai, which runs Google's image-editing models), payment processors and sign-in providers. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

Our Content

The website, its design, software, text and branding belong to us or our licensors. These Terms don't give you any rights to them other than using the service as described here. Your photos and results are covered by the "Your Photos" and "AI-Generated Results" sections above.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or if we need to protect the service, other users or ourselves. You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing support@aihairmakeover.com.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we may also let you know through the website or by email. If you keep using the service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing law / jurisdiction — to be filled in by the operator]. Any consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live still apply.
